I absolutely loved my phone charm. I sent a picture of my phone case and they made a charm that perfectly matched and fit my preferences. They even went above and beyond and created me 2 additional detachable pieces! It was absolutely lovely chatting with them whilst we were deciding what would work as I could see they wanted to make me a perfect item!
