Please keep your beaded item dry at all times and away from perfume, body creams, water or direct sunlight in order to preserve any plating and to ensure your piece lives a long and beautiful life.

Since some beads are made of plated or coated materials, they are more likely to be discoloured by use over time. It is not a fault.

For the phone straps, we are using a strong beading cord and after sealing the cord, we are using some strong glue to increase its strength. However, we strongly suggest that they should be used with care.

Please avoid applying too much force to your item.

Care instructions for punch needle

 You can hand wash your coasters with cold water and soap or clean them with a damp cloth. We highly recommend doing spot cleaning only if needed.
