Refund Policy

We want you to love your TheMellys piece, but if you are not satisfied with your purchase, then you can return your item within 7 days of receiving your order by following the returns process below:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at themellys@gmail.com We highly recommend using Tracked service when sending your item. We will not be responsible for the loss or damage of the item that you returned.

 

Damaged items

Upon the arrival of your order, please inspect your item(s) carefully and contact us if the item is damaged. We will need proof of the damaged item(s) to evaluate the issue and send a replacement. 

Tarnishing or discolouration due to chemical contact is not a fault. Please see our care instructions on how to avoid this. Any damage incurred by the customer from mis-use cannot be repaired.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

We do not accept returns on earrings due to hygiene. However exceptions will be made if the earrings are unworn and we are contacted as soon as your order is received.

All the personalised items cannot be returned as they are made to order and bespoke for your which means we cannot sell them to anyone else.

 

Exchanges

We do not accept exchanges at the moment. 

 

Refunds 

Once your return is received and inspected, a full refund of the item/s (excluding any delivery charges) will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 days.

 

Lost packages

TheMellys is not responsible for any lost packages. As we offer Free Shipping for the UK (which is not trackable), we are trying to keep our shipping costs at minimum. If you would like to track your item, we will be offering Tracked Services during checkout.
